These Website Terms apply only to use of the Website. Use of Zeroset's hosted software platform, APIs, SDKs, developer tools, account portal, or other commercial services is governed by Zeroset's Platform Terms of Service or a separate written agreement with Zeroset.

Website Content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a commitment to deliver any feature, functionality, service level, certification, compliance status, or product roadmap item unless expressly stated in a signed agreement with Zeroset.

Research posts, benchmarks, evaluations, examples, and technical materials may be preliminary, experimental, incomplete, or subject to change. You are responsible for independently evaluating whether any Website Content is accurate, current, useful, lawful, and appropriate for your use case.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROSET AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE WEBSITE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROSET'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE WEBSITE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

The state and federal courts located in San Francisco, California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Website Terms or the Website, and you consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.
